Asma Barlas, American political expert of Pakistani origin specialized in international policy, Islam and Koran hermeneutic, dialogues with Viviana Mazza, journalist of the foreign editorial office of the Corriere della Sera specialized in Middle East studies; her last book, co-written with Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani is “Ragazze rubate” (Stolen girls) and it is about the adolescents kidnapped by Boko Haram in Nigeria.
Women and women’s rights are a highly topical issue for the whole Mediterranean basin.
